CBD and Anxiety Relief
Those who take medication to treat anxiety and depression often experience a number of side effects such as nausea, insomnia, fatigue and drowsiness and these medications can often be addictive and lead to substance abuse. Research has shown that CBD oil is an effective alternative to these pharmaceutical medications as it has the ability to interact with your brain’s receptors, in particular your serotonin levels and poses considerably less side effects[1].
